Timothy Henne, MD; Timothy Lenters, MD; John Healey, MD; and Geoffrey Sandman, MD, joined Muskegon, Mich.-based Trinity Health Medical Group Orthopaedics on March 20, the report said.

They previously worked with Grand Rapids-based Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan and are suing the practice over noncompete clauses and allegations of holding a monopoly in Kent County. They wanted to work for an affiliate of Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health, but OAM allegedly “insisted on enforcement of its noncompete clause, and has refused to permit them to do so,” their lawsuit said.
