1. Miami Bone & Joint Institute has filed an application to construct a 60,000-square-foot medical office building, an ASC, and a retail and parking space. 

2. Allentown, Pa.-based OAA Orthopaedic Specialists has signed a long-term contract at a medical office building in South Whitehall, Pa. 

3. Chillicothe, Ohio-based Cohen Orthopedics has purchased 47 acres of land to develop a new healthcare facility that will provide orthopedics, urgent care, cardiology and more. 

4. A four-building medical office portfolio leased to Salem, Ore.-based Hope Orthopedics has sold for $20 million.
