1. Zimmer Biomet saw net sales grow 4.3% year over year in the fourth quarter of 2024.

2. The company entered into a definitive agreement to purchase Paragon 28, a medical device company focused exclusively on foot-and-ankle orthopedics. 

3. John Sperling, MD, of Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic performed the first cases with Zimmer Biomet’s OsseoFit stemless shoulder system.
