Here are three recent spine and orthopedic technology acquisitions and transactions totaling nearly $200 million, as reported by Becker’s since July 14:
- Demetra, an orthopedic medtech company, acquired OrthoFundamentals and launched a global spine division.
- Xtant Medical is selling certain Coflex and CoFix spinal implants and all OUS entities of Paradigm Spine GmbH to Companion Spine, for more than $19 million.
- Zimmer Biomet entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Monogram Technologies, an orthopedic robotics company for about $177 million.
