3 orthopedic acquisitions costing more than $1B

In the last two years, Stryker and Medtronic have acquired three companies in deals costing more than $1 billion.

Three deals:

1. In January, Stryker entered an agreement to acquire Vocera Communications for $3.1 billion.

2. Medtronic agreed to acquire Intersect ENT for $1.1 billion in August 2021.

3. Stryker acquired Wright Medical for $4 billion in November 2020.
