Here are three hospitals and health systems that have expanded orthopedic services in the past month:

Ithaca, N.Y.-based Cayuga Medical opened an orthopedic center in Cortland, N.Y., treating patients for upper and lower body extremity issues.

New York City-based Mount Sinai Health System opened an eight-physician facility providing spine, orthopedic and musculoskeletal oncology care in Scarsdale, N.Y.

St. Ignace, Mich.-based Mackinac Straits Health System initiated a joint replacement program and added four orthopedic physicians.
