Here are two data breaches that Becker’s has reported on since May 24:
1. Knoxville-based Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinics discovered a security incident that disrupted some system operations. The unauthorized party accessed files between March 20 and March 24, according to a post on the company’s website.
2. Atlanta-based Peachtree Orthopedics determined that an unauthorized third-party gained access to its computer systems and network on April 20, according to a notice posted on the practice’s website. The practice notified law enforcement and began an investigation to determine what information was breached, according to the notice.
