$144M spine, orthopedic center breaks ground in Wisconsin

Appleton, Wis.-based ThedaCare broke ground Aug. 27 on its $144 million Orthopedic, Spine and Pain Center, Fox 11 News reports.

ThedaCare merged with Appleton-based Hand to Shoulder Center of Wisconsin and Neenah, Wis.-based Neuroscience Group to develop the center.

The 230,000-square-foot facility will feature medical offices, a specialty surgery center and an orthopedic and spine hospital.

Roughly 75 healthcare jobs will be created with the opening of the center.

Construction is set to be completed in summer 2022.
