Here are five highlights:
1. Dr. Zehr opened the Zehr Center for Orthopaedics after Cleveland Clinic Naples left Southwest Florida. At Cleveland Clinic Naples, Dr. Zehr served as head of orthopedic surgery.
2. Dr. Zehr is a pioneer of the anterior approach to hip replacement. To date, he has performed more than 1,600 anterior hip replacement procedures.
3. He is the first surgeon in Southwest Florida to perform same-day outpatient total hip replacement surgery.
4. In addition to serving as executive director of the Zehr Center for Orthopaedics, Dr. Zehr is chief of surgery at Landmark Hospital, in Naples.
5. Dr. Zehr is also the medical director at the Advanced Joint Treatment Institute in Naples.
