WVU Reynolds Memorial Hospital opens orthopedic clinic: 3 takeaways

With the recent additions of Jonathan Lechner, MD, and Michael Myers, MD, WVU Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale opened an orthopedic clinic, The Intelligencer reports.

Here are three takeaways:

 

1. Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Lechner specializes in arthritis, bursitis, fracture care, nerve decompression surgery, spasms and tendonitis, as well as total hip and knee replacements.

 

2. Dr. Myers specializes in general orthopedics and sports medicine. He previously served as team physician for the Cincinnati Reds.

 

3. Both physicians are also experts in nonsurgical treatment options, such as injections and physical therapy.
