Physician practices are offering benefits to full-time non-physician and administrative staff at virtually the same rates as they did in the 2013, according to Medscape’s Clinical and Office Staff Salary Report 2015.

The survey includes responses from 1,050 physicians across 25 specialties who were asked to describe their practice and staff situations.

Here are 13 benefits offered by physician practices:

•    Paid vacation/sick time — 79 percent
•    Paid health insurance — 65 percent
•    Retirement plan with match — 47 percent
•    Dental insurance — 36 percent
•    Vision insurance — 25 percent
•    Healthcare savings account — 23 percent
•    Short-term disability — 21 percent
•    Life insurance — 20 percent
•    Retirement plan without match — 19 percent
•    Long-term disability — 16 percent
•    Other — 4 percent
•    Computer assistance — 4 percent
•    None of the above — 8 percent
