The hospital is owned by physicians across several specialties including orthopedics, spine surgery, otolaryngology and plastic surgery, according to its website.
The hospital will be named the CAMC Charleston Surgical Hospital. CAMC also file a Letter of Intent with the West Virginia Health Care Authority to buy OrthoNeuro in Charleston.
