The facility, a partnership between WellSpan and property management company Inch & Co., is expected to be complete in November 2026.
The facility is expected to generate $19 million in revenue within its first year of operation, the report said.
The new space will offer local athletes access to training facilities as well as sports medicine and orthopedic care.
In addition to space for training and competition, the space will offer athletic training, physical therapy and sports recovery services.
