Virginia hospital launches orthopedic services at new clinic: 3 details

Roanoke, Va.-based Carilion Clinic opened a new orthopedic clinic in Pearisburg, Va., according to The Roanoke Times.

Three details:

1. Orthopedic surgeon Michael Helvey, DO, will see patients at the clinic.

2. The new facility includes 11 exam rooms, treatment areas and private physician offices.

3. Located next door to the Carilion Giles Community Hospital, the new clinic will also provide general surgery services.
