US Physical Therapy acquires 3-clinic practice for $9.1M

Houston-based U.S. Physical Therapy completed the acquisition of a three-clinic physical therapy practice Dec. 1.

U.S. Physical Therapy, which operates more than 550 outpatient physical therapy clinics in 39 states, purchased the practice for $9.1 million.  

Neither the name nor location of the practice was disclosed. However, it generates more than $4.6 million in annual revenue and sees about 54,000 patients per year, according to U.S. Physical Therapy.

The acquisition is U.S. Physical Therapy’s third in 2020.
