1. Allan Grossman, DPM, will continue leading Harrisburg Foot & Ankle Center, which will maintain its three locations in Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Pa., and Newport, Pa.
2. Established in 1995, Harrisburg Foot & Ankle Center will gain access to US Foot & Ankle Specialists’ administrative and support services.
3. The acquisition also supports Harrisburg Foot & Ankle Center’s next phase of growth, according to Dr. Grossman.
4. US Foot & Ankle Specialists, a portfolio company of NMS Capital, is a 64-physician practice led by CEO Brett Richey.
