UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center submits plan for new ASC, spine & orthopedic center: 5 takeaways

UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs, Colo., submitted three expansion plan proposals, according to Steamboat Today.

Here are five takeaways:

 

1. The expansion includes the development of a new ASC, orthopedic and spine clinic, sports medicine clinic and imaging suites.

 

2. The three proposals include construction plans for a two-story building between 26,332 square feet and 26,547 square feet depending on the proposal selected.

 

3. In the first two proposals, UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center would develop a freestanding 26,547-squar- foot building, and it would be aligned with the current building.

 

4. The third plan includes construction for a 26,332-square-foot medical building that would be developed on hospital-owned land.

 

5. Boulder Associates submitted the plans on behalf of the hospital.
