UAMS Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine opens 2nd center with 7 physicians

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock opened a second Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine center in Lowell, according to a July 15 Arkansas Business report.

Three things to know:

1. Five orthopedic surgeons will offer services at the center: Wesley Cox, MD, Chad Songy, MD, Navin Kilambi, MD, Patrick Brannan, MD, and Tyler CarlLee, MD.

2. Sports medicine physicians Ramon Ylanan, MD, and Larry Balle II, MD, will also see patients.

3. UAMS’ first Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine center opened in Fayetteville, Ark., in January.
