Janet Benton was named COO, being promoted from her position as vice president of clinic services. She will oversee the practice’s growth strategy, focus on clinical operations and improving the patient experience.
Chris Bailey was promoted to chief development officer, where he will lead strategic partnership development and service expansion. In past role as vice president of therapy and sports medicine, he played a key role shaping Twin Cities Orthopedics’ partnership with the Minnesota Vikings and introduced a pelvic health therapy program at the practice.
“Janet and Chris have both been instrumental in helping TCO become a household name,” CEO Aaron Johnson said in a news release. “It is a natural fit for them to step into roles designed to shape the future of our practice.
