Topp, run by Raymond Topp, MD, a retired lieutenant colonel, is the only orthopedic practice located on St. Simons Island.
The practice provides adult and pediatric treatment for pain and deformity related to disc degeneration, disc herniation and scoliosis, as well as spinal stenosis, tumors, infections and trauma.
