Around 43 percent of the negative reviews included complaints about poor bedside manner; 35 percent complained about poor customer service; and 21.5 percent complained about medical skills including false diagnoses and surgical mistakes.

The reviews were for OB/GYN physicians and internists practicing in four major U.S. cities.
