Orthopedic robotics company has appointed Josh DeRienzis as chief legal officer.
Mr. DeRienzis will serve as a senior member of the company’s executive leadership team and collaborate with Think Surgical’s CEO on company strategy, compliance and business development as well as overseeing the legal, intellectual property and human resource teams, according to a Nov. 6 news release from Think Surgical.
He has experience in the healthcare and medical device sectors advising companies including Argon Medical Devices, Surgalign Holdings,and RTI Surgical.
Mr. DeRienzis has a focus on securities, finance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, governance and litigation, the release said.
