The orthopedic practice leased 20,000 square feet of the 58,647-square-foot building, which is adjacent to Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.

The Core Institute, which has 19 locations in Arizona and Michigan, plans to move into the building in October.

Earlier this month, the practice onboarded orthopedic traumatologist Amanda Wright, DO, and six physician assistants to its team of 180-plus providers.
