The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics acquires 7-physician practice

Bethesda, Md.-based The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics acquired Winchester (Va.) Orthopaedic Associates, The Daily Record reported Dec. 19.

Winchester Orthopaedic Associates has seven physicians, according to its website. The practice was founded in 1973 and has three locations in Virginia. The acquisition furthers CAO’s expansion into Virginia.

Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, the report said.

CAO was founded in 2013.
