The Center for Orthopedic & Neurosurgical Care names interim CEO

Brett Hazlett will serve as interim CEO of The Center Orthopedic & Neurosurgical Care, based in Bend, Ore.

Prior to his appointment, Mr. Hazlett served as the practice’s chief financial officer, according to a Jan. 31 news release from the center. Previously, he held executive positions at companies including Levi Strauss and Eli Lilly.
