1. Texas Spine & Joint Hospital will participate in the Blue Choice PPOSM, HMO Blue Texas SM and Blue Advantage HMOSM networks.

 

2. The Blue Advantage HMOSM is offered on the federal Health Insurance Marketplace. Thus, the hospital is giving members of that network a local option for a specialty orthopedic and spine care.
