CSMO is the first practice in Tennessee to use the platform to offer transparent prices on more than 30 surgical bundles, according to a Sept. 22 news release from HealthMe. Bundles include surgeon, facility and anesthesia fees.
“The CSMO partnership with HealthMe shows that compliance with price transparency requirements does not have to be complicated and puts the needs of patients at the center of these efforts,” Karen Simonton, strategic alliance director at the OrthoForum, said in the release.
The Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics was founded in 1979 and has locations in Tennessee and Georgia.
At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
