Nashville-based Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance has broken ground on a new facility in Spring Hill, Tenn., according to an April 16 report from Main Street Maury.

TOA broke ground on the clinic, its 23rd in the region, on April 8. The practice currently employs 74 physicians, 41 physician assistants and nurse practitioners, and 75 physical therapists across all of its sites.

This will be Spring Hill’s first orthopedic-focused clinic, adding 70 jobs in the area, according to the report. It will offer walk-in care, physical therapy, rehab and sports medicine. It will also house two X-ray suites and an MRI.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
