CareChex, operated by healthcare analytics company Quantros, listed the hospital as one of the top 100 in the nation for its patient safety for spinal fusion award for 2021.
For safety of spinal fusions, the hospital is ranked among the top 10 percent in the nation, region and state, and top 100 in the nation, according to CareChex. Williamson Medical Center was also recognized for vascular and cardiac care.
The awards are based on a quality scoring system that compares inpatient quality performance across general, acute and non-federal U.S. hospitals.
