Taconic Orthopedics, Southwestern Vermont Medical Center Enter Into Professional Service Agreement

Taconic Orthopedics has entered into a professional service agreement with Southwestern Vermont Medical Center to provide orthopedic services at the hospital, according to a Bennington Banner news report.

Taconic Orthopedics will maintain its separate office and oversight of its administrative issues. However, SVMC will now hand patient and employee scheduling and other office services for the group. The agreement allows Taconic Orthopedics to maintain its independence from the hospital while entering into a mutually beneficial agreement.
