Here are five notes:
1. The newly constructed building, which SOS co-owns with Family Practice Associates, bears a $9 million price tag.
2. SOS and FPA have equal ownership in the building. SOS and FPA will each use about 16,000 square feet of the building.
3. SOS consolidated its Baldwinsville, Cicero and Clay orthopedic offices into the new location as well as its Baldwinsville SOS Orthopedic & Sports Therapy offices.
4. Approximately 25 staff members — physicians, nurses, physical therapists and office staff — will work at the new location.
5. Syracuse, N.Y.-based Crouse Medical Practice-Cardiology and Syracuse (N.Y.) Gastroenterological Associates will also move into the building later in 2017.
