Sutter Health adds hospital with robotics, total joint program to network

Sacramento, Calif.-based Sutter Health Plus signed an agreement to add Dignity Health Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, Calif., to its network, effective Jan. 1, reports TPG Online Daily.

Dominican Hospital is a certified stroke center with total joint replacement and robotics programs, which features Medtronic’s O-Arm and Intuitive Surgical’s da Vinci Xi robotic surgery system.

Sutter Health Plus’ network includes 30 hospitals and campuses and more than 8,000 providers.

Dominican Hospital joins two other Dignity facilities — St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton, Calif., and Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City, Calif. — in the Sutter Health Plus network.
