Surgery Partners buys 16 Wisconsin orthopedic practices

Franklin-based Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin has sold its 14 groups and two ASCs to management services organization Surgery Partners.

Surgery Partners aims to bring broad network access and value to patients and physicians through a consolidated delivery mode, according to a July 31 press release. 

The organization is focused on providing high-quality, cost-effective solutions for surgical and related ancillary care.
