Summit Spine & Joint Centers acquires NC pain management group

Lawrenceville, Ga.-based Summit Spine & Joint Centers acquired Fayetteville, N.C.-based Integrated Pain Solutions, according to a Nov. 19 news release.

Integrated Pain Solutions has 18 providers across 11 locations in the state. The deal is the first “add-on” acquisition for Summit Spine & Joint Centers.

Now Summit Spine & Joint Centers’ footprint includes 41 locations across Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
