The two-story facility will occupy 80,000 square feet on the vacated 75-acre campus. It is scheduled to be complete in the fall of 2025.
The project includes an ASC, clinic space, physical therapy, imaging and orthopedic urgent care.
This will be Summit’s sixth facility in the Minnesota area. Its existing Plymouth facility will remain open during construction.
Summit Orthopedics still has to secure city approvals for the planned project, according to the report.
