This is Spire’s third partnership this year. Spire Orthopedic Partners was initially founded with Orthopaedic & Neurosurgery Specialists in Greenwich, Conn. It is also affiliated with Great Neck, N.Y.-based Orthopaedic Associates of Manhasset and Orthopedic Associates of Middletown (Conn.).
