Greensboro, N.C.-based Spine & Scoliosis Specialists joined Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health.
The practice was founded by Max Cohen, MD, the region’s only double-fellowship trained spine and scoliosis physician, according to an April 30 news release. Dr. Cohen founded Spine & Scoliosis Specialists in 2007 and added another location in 2013.
“We’re delighted to join Novant Health to provide collaborative, top tier spine care across the communities we serve,” Dr. Cohen said in the release. “Together, we’re poised to not only provide more holistic care, but our combined efforts will also ensure the long-term sustainability of our clinic’s founding mission, to improve the quality of life of our patients.”
