3. Vijay Singh, MD, founded both Spine Pain Diagnostics and Niagara Health Center.
4. Dr. Singh serves as medical director for both institutions.
5. Dr. Singh is also a founder of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, for which he serves on the board of directors.
