Logan, Utah-based Southwest Spine and Pain Center has opened a new facility in Cedar City, Utah, according to a March 31 report from St. George News.
The new facility will treat patients suffering from chronic and acute pain through minimally invasive procedures, epidural injections, spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty and the Intracept procedure.
The clinic will be led by pain management specialist Casey Muir, MD, and Dayne Johnson, PA.
