Jacksonville, Fla.-based Southeast Orthopedic Specialists has earned permits for a $1.8 million expansion in St. Augustine, Fla., according to a March 4 report from Jacksonville Business Journal.
The permit will add a 3,790-square-foot MRI center to Southeast’s 14,500-square-foot clinic location that opened in early 2025.
When fully complete in August, the newest clinic is expected to total 37,000 square feet. Southeast also plans to add an onsite ASC.
More than 26,000 patients are expected to be treated at the facility yearly, according to the report.
Southeast Orthopedic Specialists was formed in 2022 following a merger with Orthopaedic Associates of St. Augustine.
