2011-2012: 80 percent
2010-2011: 76 percent
2009-2010: 76 percent
2008-2009: 85 percent
2007-2008: 74 percent
2006-2007: 72 percent
2005-2006: 58 percent
2004-2005: 46 percent
The average signing bonus in 2011-2012 was $23,338, down slightly from $23,790 in the year before.
