Hope Orthopedics’ clinic sites in Salem, Keizer and Dallas, Ore. will remain open, but they will be rebranded as “Salem Health,” the Oct. 18 report said.

Twenty-nine physicians and 182 other employees from Hope Orthopedics were hired by Salem Health. Less than five employees chose not to remain on staff.

The practice and Salem Health began discussing the deal in March, the report said. This is the third group that Salem Health employed in recent years.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
