Select will serve as the majority owner and managing partner across all three ventures.

The partnership will seek approval to develop an 84-bed hospital at Rush University Medical Center. Fifty-four of the beds will be for inpatient rehabilitation with the other 30 for critical illness recovery. If approved, Rush Specialty Hospital would be completed in 2022.

Select will manage Rush’s existing rehabilitation unit while the facility advances through the development process.

All 63 physical therapy centers will be rebranded as Rush Physical Therapy.
