Dr. Baker specializes in knee and shoulder surgery and has a particular interest in foot and ankle, knee arthroscopy, shoulder arthroscopy and sports medicine.
Previously he served as orthopedic section chair with the National Medical Association.
Dr. Baker graduated from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa.
Following medical school, he completed his orthopedic residency at Howard University in Washington, D.C., and a fellowship in sports medicine and arthroscopic shoulder surgery at Drexel University and Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia.
