Promedica to Open Digital Orthopedic Hospital in Ohio

Promedica is finishing a new orthopedic hospital in Toledo, Ohio, which is set to open in October and bring 200 jobs to the area, according to a local ABC news report.

Planning for the $33 million facility began more than a decade ago. The one-floor hospital will be the first digital hospital within Promedica and is designed for optimal orthopedic patient access and includes 36 private rooms. The hospital will also include a pharmacy and hem-safe machine.
