ProHealth pens clinical co-management agreement with Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin — 4 insights

Wisconsin-based ProHealth Care signed a co-management agreement with Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin, which has locations throughout Wisconsin in Pewaukee, Mukwonago and Oconomowoc, according to Milwaukee Business Journal.

1. As per the agreement, the practices will co-manage ProHealth Care’s orthopedic service line.

 

2. ProHealth named the Oconomowoc (Wis.) Memorial Hospital as its regional destination for orthopedics.

 

3. Currently, ProHealth Care owns 49 percent of Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin’s surgery center business.

 

4. At the surgery center in Pewaukee, 14 orthopedic surgeons staff the clinic.
