AmericanEHR and the American College of Physicians ranked Practice Fusion as the market leader for EHR providers for solo and one to three provider practices.

1. Practice Fusion has 40 percent more market share than it’s next largest competitor in the market — eClinicalWorks — for solo providers.

 

2. In practices with one to three clinician offices, Practice Fusion has 25 percent more than the next market competitor.

 

3. Nearly 60 percent of physicians work in practices of 10 providers or less, and more than 53 percent are self-employed, according to the American Medical Association.

 

4. The upfront cost of EHR for most practices is $33,000 per provider and there is an ongoing $4,000 yearly fee.
