Pennsylvania hospital acquires spine center: 3 insights

Penn Medicine Lancaster (Pa.) General Health purchased Lancaster Neuroscience & Spine Associates for an undisclosed amount, according to Lancaster Online.

1. The acquisition went into effect Jan. 1.

2. Lancaster Neuroscience & Spine Associates specializes in spine, brain and nerve conditions.

3. The spine center comprises 85 people, including five neurosurgeons, five advanced practice providers, two physical therapists and two physiatrists.
