  • Create a Center of Excellence on Penn Highlands West Campus, which will focus on orthopedics
  • Develop a medical office building at Penn Highlands Brookville (Pa.)
  • Renovate the Pinecrest Manor at Penn Highlands St. Marys (Pa.)
  • Erect a two-story quality care and walk-in clinic in Monroe Township, Pa.
