1. The company is piloting the system to ease the healthcare process for patients.

 

2. With the system, patients check in online prior to reaching the urgent care clinic.

 

3. With the tool, patients reserve spots in the patient queue or choose a certain time so they don’t endure long waits once arrived.

 

4. The system also has the capability of sending patients appointment reminders via text, and allows patients to communicate with the healthcare providers at the clinic.

 

5. The system offers approximate wait times.
